Sniklefritz

Yep, we really named our little mini schnauzer Sniklefritz. She is such a love and wants to help me whenever she can. She kept walking towards me making it near impossible to get a shot. My yard is so peaceful, a little bit of heaven. I have a small vegetable garden, berry vine and strawberries in bloom. My creator is so generous. How can I thank Him?

Perfect Pond

Coming into its 7th season our waterfall and pond have come into perfect balance. No more string algae just crystal clear water. The only things I hear in the yard are the birds singing and the bubbling of the waterfall. The goldfish have gone wild and won't take a handout, but the plants provide whatever it is that they need.

I'm trying to naturalize the garden as well. The snails seem to get ahead of me sometimes, but I'm delighted to find my fushia's thriving and the orchids I thought I'd never be able to raise multiplying and coming into bloom

Can You See the Deer?

Soon you will see more of what I see as I get my camera out just to journal.

Once upon a time, many lifetimes ago, I built a beautiful hot glass studio that I shared with artists from all over. Creating a place for creativity to merge was a short lived dream. Maybe that's why from before it began its nickname was Blame and Confusion. Now that seems to be my true by-line.

My return of cancer has taken the wind out of my sails and took a very adventurous 50 something and left me a very old 60. I've been left in the dust by a younger generation while I nurse the older generation through to their final breath.

That said, I shall move on and ramble as promised.
